Operational Clarity Review

If the discovery session indicates a deeper look is needed, the OCR is where we do that properly. A structured, fixed-fee diagnostic that produces a clear scope for the work ahead.

Deliver the work

Based on the OCR findings, we agree the scope, fee, and deliverables, then get on with it. Hands-on, alongside your team. Not managing from a distance on a weekly call.

Review and close

At the end of every engagement, we review what changed against what we set out to achieve. Honest assessment. Clear measurement. Then we decide together whether there's more to do.

  • Manage the perception of progress rather than progress itself
  • Start work until the scope and fee are agreed
Why it works this way

Why we start with a free conversation.

The discovery session exists because both sides need to make a decision before committing to anything. You need to decide whether we're the right people to help. We need to decide whether we can genuinely add value. A free conversation is the fastest, most honest way to find out.

The OCR comes next because what a business thinks is wrong and what's actually wrong are often different things. The presenting problem is usually a symptom. The real problem is usually upstream of it. You can't scope good work without proper diagnosis first.

Nothing we do at either stage commits you to anything beyond that stage. The discovery session is free and you can stop there. The OCR is fixed fee and you decide afterwards what, if anything, comes next.
